I've forgotten my username and/or password. How I can I retrieve my login information? If you've forgotten your username, the best thing to do is search for yourself in the community.
If you have forgotten your password, but know your username, you can have your password emailed to the contact email address you registered by entering your username on the forgot password page.
I'm sure I've the correct username and password, but I can't login. How can I fix this?If you are sure you are entering the correct username and password, the login problems may be to do with cookies. Cookies are small pieces of text information that a web server like www.online.ie asks a web browser like Internet Explorer to save temporarily. The web browser then sends the text information back to the server every time it requests a new web page.
We use this system to get your browser to store your login status and send that info back to us with every request for a web page. On the web pages, the login status is used to show whether you are logged in or not. If you have disabled cookie support in your web browser, you can't log in to IrishAbroad.
To make sure cookies are enabled on your browser, please see details below.(if you are using another web browser, please check the included help option to determine how to enable cooke support).
